When customers contact me to book a trip I will ask them for some information about them, their destination, and their budget to allow me to give them an accurate price quote. I will also send you the terms and conditions of booking and payment information to allow you to get the full picture before agreeing to anything.

If you are happy with the quote and would like to book I will take payment through a secure booking payment link or over the phone. When payment is received I will send you the booking confirmation document and any other essential documents. And that's your trip booked! It's a really easy process.

This depends on the destination and time of year. For peak travel periods (school holidays, public holidays), I recommend booking 6-12 months in advance. Booking in advance gives you more time to pay up a holiday and gives you access to great prices and free child places before they're all gone!

I can also assist with last-minute travel where availability allows.

If you experience any issues during your trip, you can contact me directly. I act as your point of contact and will work with suppliers to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.

Yes. All payments are processed securely through trusted suppliers and payment systems. Your personal/payment information is handled with care and confidentiality.

Many of the suppliers we work with offer deposit-based bookings and flexible payment options. I'll always explain the payment schedule clearly at the time of booking.

I can provide guidance on visa requirements, passport validity, and entry regulations. However, it is always the responsibility of the traveller to ensure they meet all entry requirements and have a valid passport.
